Spiritual Direction

Spiritual Direction is an ancient practice that dates back to 400 A.D. The model used is very different from pastoral counseling, counseling, or healing therapy. With Spiritual Direction, the focus is on the Holy Spirit and the directee. The Spiritual Director acts as facilitator.
As a trained Spiritual Director, I work with individuals, groups, and I also do Retreat Spiritual Direction for individuals or groups.
